Cookie policy
Draft pending legal review. This document is a working draft and will be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch. The exact language may change; the principles will not.
Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar browser-based technologies Fairly uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which remains the definitive source for our overall data practices. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
What we don't use
- Tracking cookies on the marketing site (joinfairly.com).
- Cross-site advertising cookies anywhere on Fairly.
- Third-party social media tracking pixels or share-button trackers.
- Browser fingerprinting or identifier-replacement technologies.
Third-party cookies
The marketing site does not load any third-party cookies. The dashboard loads PostHog for anonymous product analytics. If future product features introduce additional third-party services, this policy will be updated and existing account holders will be notified by email before the change takes effect.
How to control cookies
- In the Fairly dashboard. Settings → Privacy lets you opt out of PostHog analytics.
- In your browser. All major browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies on a per-site basis. Refer to your browser's documentation for instructions specific to your version.
Changes to this policy
We will email account holders before any material change to this Cookie Policy. Minor wording changes are versioned in our changelog at /press.
